Niall will reflect on some of the key challenges, trends and opportunities affecting the way we look at the employee experience today and how this impacts customer and business outcomes. As a group we will also practically explore ideas and initiatives that solve some of the big challenges and help us take on some of the new opportunities on the horizon.

This session we will:-

  • Explore how thinking differently about the Employee Experience may help reframe some of the challenges
  • Look at some case studies and reflect on recent insights from a range of organisations
  • Work together to share ideas and experiences that we can all benefit from.

Niall Cluley (Chartered FCIPD) is an expert in culture and performance, helping ambitious brands and teams to navigate through change and drive sustainable growth. Managing Director at Dragonfish Consulting, part of the Global Lawton Communications Group, Niall and his team are currently working with brands such as O2, Carnival UK, Cunard, Itsu, Ann Summers, Radley & Co, Whittard of Chelsea, Karen Millen and The National Trust; helping them to crack their culture code and to transform performance.
